The photo collage is a collection of over 20 separate photos. A large aperture is used to realize an extremely shallow depth of field. This shallow depth of field is made even more extreme by photographing the scene closer than would normally be possible if only one photo was taken. This creates 3D effect adding great depth to the image. They are manually put together.
